The gross wheat harvest is increasing annually, in 2019 it was 1605 tons, in 2020 - 1705tons, in 2021 - 2175, the plan for 2022 is 2800 tons. In terms of grain quality, in percentage terms, wheat of the 3rd class is the most - 47%. In terms of crops in the NSO, wheat is in the first place, threshed 2100 thousand tons, barley 522 thousand tons, oats 273 thousand tons, peas 212 thousand tons and others. The main districts remain Ordynsky and Maslyaninsky. In 2021 and in the plan for 2022, there was more barley of the 2nd class, for 2022 its amount was 40% of the total. Rye also increased in percentage terms in quality grades 2 and 3, for 2022 the distribution was: grade 1 - 41%, grade 2 - 23%, grade 3 - 36%. There is a steady upward trend in the capacity of elevators and grain processing enterprises to store grain. This trend has been observed since 2016. For comparison, in 2016 it was 1300 thousand tons, in 2021 - 1727 thousand tons In 2021, the transportation of grain by rail increased, the total volume is 1275 thousand tons, of which 678 thousand tons in Russia. The main countries for the export of grain crops in 2021: Kazakhstan, Turkey, China, Mongolia, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, etc. For oilseeds, China is in first place, then Kazakhstan and the Czech Republic.
