The information system will allow you to track the life cycle of grain from production to release into circulation. It will include information on producers, owners, and carriers of grain.
In addition, it will contain data on companies that store grain, shippers, consignees, grain consignments and their consumer properties, grain purchases for the Federal Intervention Fund and many other data. Grain market participants will be required to draw up accompanying documents, which should contain information about the batch of grain or its processed products. Without these documents, it will be impossible to sell grain in Russia or export it. To get them, you need to conduct laboratory tests at the expense of the manufacturer.
The law comes into force on January 1, 2022. State control in the field of ensuring the quality and safety of grain and its processed products will be carried out already from July 1, 2021 by federal bodies authorized by the government.
