"Establish that when making settlements under foreign trade contracts for the supply of Russian agricultural products, concluded by residents - participants in foreign economic activity with foreign buyers at organized auctions, it is allowed to use special ruble accounts of the "Z" type and special currency accounts of the "Z" type. the text of the decree.
The list of such products is approved by the government of the Russian Federation. According to the document, it must be accepted within 30 days. The paragraphs of the decree, which regulate the mechanism for settlements and opening accounts, come into force on November 1, 2023.
