What will happen to fuel and lubricants in the NSO?

In the Novosibirsk region, farmers in the region will be provided with fuel for all agricultural work until the end of 2023. Acting Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Agriculture Evgeniy Leshchenko reported this to Governor Andrei Travnikov during a meeting of the operational headquarters to ensure the sustainability of the regional economy

“We have been conducting weekly, and since the third decade of August, daily monitoring of the cost of various types of fuel, the supply of agricultural producers with fuels and lubricants.
Together with representatives of the Gazpromneft-Regional Sales company, we held a meeting with all regions and agricultural producers on the industry’s needs for fuels and lubricants. Based on the results, the required volume of fuel and lubricants was determined to complete the procurement of feed, harvesting, and carrying out all seasonal agrotechnological work until the end of 2023. Farmers are clearly a priority. Gazpromneft guarantees the supply of 24 thousand tons to agricultural producers in the region in September. The total requirement to complete the entire complex of seasonal field work is 29 thousand. This takes into account both the rise of plowed land and the delivery of feed to wintering areas. That is, 24 thousand is quite enough for September,” reported Evgeniy Leshchenko.

A co-report on the topic was presented by the head of the Federal Antimonopoly Service for the Novosibirsk Region, Dmitry Sukhoplyuev. He noted that the department monitors prices for petroleum products on a weekly basis. In the Novosibirsk region, a situation related to a shortage of inventory was not recorded during the year, and it is not recorded at the present time. The situation related to fuel supplies for farmers is under special control of the Federal Antimonopoly Service.
